What offroad shop would you prefer?

Since I have both (4 wheel parts & ORW) of these shops nearby (within 5miles from where I live) I was wondering which one is considered a better shop in terms of customer satisfaction, advice, quality and just a general overall good place to shop?

I had my last truck lifted at 4 wheel parts in Chula Vista, Ca. They did a crappy job! They charged me for an alignment too, but never did it. I had all kinds of rattles because they failed to Greece anything and then the tires started wearing funny (when I realized the alignment was never down). when I took it to get aligned after buying new tires it was no where near aligned. I have never had any work done by ORW but every time I have been in their they seemed very knowledgeable and there definitely wasn't a shortage of vehicles in their bays. When I decide to lift my new truck I Will probably be taking it to ORW.

I had my Bronco (it's a long story for why I went with Ford - never again though) lifted at 4WP in Vegas. They did a fine job with things, but I don't know if I will go there again for the Tahoe. My friend just had his Dakota done there and a few days after he had it back, he said a shock broke off. I didn't see it, but that is what he told me.

There is a place closer to me that specializes in Chevy's and does all the custom work for the local stealership. I will probably go with them this time, but not because of any bad experience with 4WP.
