Passenger Window Not Working

I had an issue with my battery and had to jump my truck.  It had me put the driver window up and down and then I got distracted when it asked me to do the same with the passenger window and I missed the prompt.  Now the window won't go up or down.  Is there a way to reset it?  Thanks in advance.

Yes just like it said you don’t need the prompt do the full down and hold full up and hold and done

unfortunately I can't the passenger window to do anything.
