ISO - 22" GM Transport Wheels

Hi - I am looking for reliable source to buy a set of 22" GM Transport 'steel' Wheels for my truck.  Any help would be appreciated.  Does anyone have any specs on these such as: offset, backspacing, etc??

It's my understanding that you can't get the transport wheels.  They are not DOT certified.  Just used for transportation for GM.

I'm pretty sure I saw a set for sale in Windsor, ON (across the river from Detroit, MI) and he was asking $650 CDN (~$500 usd) for the set.  If any of this means anything worthwhile to you, I could direct you to where i saw them listed.

 

I've never heard of or seen these before... it's a plain solid black "steelie' wheel, it seems... Not sure what the deal with them is (re: DOT or anything else that would keep you from using them as a normal wheel)
