David0930 Posted June 23, 2020 Posted June 23, 2020 I need a little help. I'm trying to replace the led lights in my recently purchased 2014 Sierra. I ordered a new set of LED's to install and I went to install them and they have a connector that does not work with the purchased ones. All the info I'm finding shows the plug and play with the stock connector. Anybody know how or what kind of connector this is or if there is an adapter? Thanks for the help!
Ed S Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 Are these for your headlights? If so, they sent you the wrong one's i'd say. Also bear in mind, the general rule is if you have a halogen bulb currently installed from the factory and you want to upgrade to LED, it won't be road legal. It's classed as a kind of headlight modification, as you're switching halogen technology to LED technology. I myself didn't know this until recently. I have LED in my 14 Sierra headlights and will keep them in. Although the company i bought them from no longer sell's them.
