TPMS System stopped working.

2014 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 Crew Cab Standard Bed.

About a week ago I was driving and stepped on the brakes to slow down for a turn and the TPMS system stated the RF sensor quit working.  I attempted to reset the system when I got home.  I have a relearn tool but neither the tool or letting air out of the tire worked in resetting the right front tire.  I can get the truck into learn mode and the left front Kearns immediately but the right front will not learn. I have replaced the sensor and it still will not connect to the truck either with the tool or by letting air out. Is there a receiver the sensors communicate with that could be defective as well?

there is a module, it is in the rear right side above the headliner. are you sure you got the right sensor

Yes.  When I stepped on the brakes to slow down, and the DIC showed Service TPMS System, the only tire that was not reading was the RH Front.  Since then, all the tires do not show since I attempted to re-calibrate the system multiple times and was unable to complete the update. Only the RH Front was not working so I don't think it would be the receiver but since I don't have the programming tool that plugs into the computer in the truck I cannot check that.
