I disconnected the negative cable form the battery to hopefully reset the air conditioner controls for the dual temp control. ( driver side was warmer that passenger). I had the cable off for 15 seconds, when I reconnected it the horn ,hazard lights, high beams came on. When I turn the key the wipers and washer fluid comes on for about 15 second. The truck  still starts . I spoke to my auto parts guy he said  the BCM Module may be faulty. The truck ran fine and I had no issues besides the AC actuator .  Any help would be appreciated

Maybe disconnect the battery again, and leave for around 30 minutes, don't think 15 seconds is long enough to drain the energy out of the circuits.
