Searched, but nothing.

2019 LTZ. Suddenly the radio knobs have a problem. Volume knob will turn up the radio but not down, same with the other knob, turn to right and works, left does not. Steering wheel controls works fine

Anyone else? It'll be going to dealer, just curious

Probably just glitching like all the other computers eventually do on this truck.

I’d just pull a battery cable for 30 minutes or so and see if that fixes it. If so, that saves you a trip to the dealer because all they’re gonna do is “reset” the radio.

I'll give it a whirl. I thought maybe a turn it off, back on might do it, but nope. I'll try battery

I’ve had so many electrical quirks/problems that I just let the truck sit overnight and see if it goes away. Specifically with hard shifts from park to reverse and then drive and also when the front park sensors glitch and become inoperative.

I’m done wasting my time with trips to the dealer just for them to say “we couldn’t replicate the problem so we just reset the module” [emoji849]

Reset made it worse actually [emoji1787], now both knobs will do random sporadic things, volume down and change channel and move the screen...so weird.

Dealer is ordering a new display, should be here in a few days
