We removed our tail gate so we we could haul our camper - It was stored for a couple of years - When we reconnected  the camera we got a  "service rear view system message" - Disconnected connection and sprayed with dielectric spray - reconnected - still not working - Ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting battery for a few minutes, attaching plug, then reconnecting?
