2016 6.0 Running/accelerating hesitation

Been noticing my truck is running a little funny. It’s slight and it’s Hard to explain. Almost feels like a misfire but not at idle only in like mid range rpm. Not throwing any codes. It just seems like it is not accelerating smoothly like it skips? I tried cleaning the MAF sensor, didn’t seem to help. Any ideas? Thanks

There's a surging thread in here somewhere, lots of replies in there. My '15 did it, my '17 doesn't, kind of surges at part throttle, slight acceleration.

Yes surging at part throttle is a good way to describe it. I’ve been noticing it for the past couple thousand miles I’d say.

I actually filled up from close to empty today with E85 for the first time (not a lot of places near me have it). Could be my imagination but I didn’t notice the surging and it seemed to be running great on it.
