Bakflip MX4 issue

Mine leaks so bad.  Ive never had time to mess with warranty repairs.  Bakflip said since I bought it as a GM installed option to contact my dealer.  My dealer suggested I just add foam.  
 

Its been fine, out of warranty now I think.  I should have just bought the darn thing directly from the factory and installed it myself.  Oh well.

 

I just need to add some seals in the corners near the cab, thats where most the water comes in.  My corners look nothing like the capped corners in the pics from this thread.

I added foam to the entire front edge and it still leaks in both front corners. Not the corner-corner but the water seems to come in 6-12 inches back on both sides. If I hadn't hosed it down and verified water came out of drain hoses I'd swear they weren't working.

Finally got my replacement and despite it having a handful of scratches on the top, this is the result
