2007 5.3 acting crazy at idle and part throttle

It sounds like a intake valve is not shutting all the way, but only sometimes and only at idle.

The throttle blade is jumping around alot in the second video and i think that maybe what is causing the noise.
Some times it will accelerate on its own up to around 25mph without touching the throttle

 

I have tried another throttle body with no change.

 

it has NO CODES, and unless your at partial throttle or idle it otherwise runs perfectly fine. No vacuum leaks

Maybe a voltage issue?
do the 07 gen4 5.3s use a TAC module or does it just use the PCM?

Does the throttle blade normally move that much at idle?

Since you have throttle by wire, something is telling the throttle to do that.  Have you watched fuel trims and O2 readings?  Maybe even take look at the MAF and MAP readings.  For some reason, it thinks it needs to add throttle momentarily.

The ECT and IAT reading are jumping around very abnormally. 

Ill check to see if anything else is acting up.

Well, after finding multiple sensors reading funky (at times) I checked all grounds and unplugged each sensor one at a time.
Nothing worked, tuned the VATS out of my spare ECM and swapped it out.... FIXED
I guess these ECM's can go bad after all...
