2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 - Call microphone not working

Good afternoon, 

 

So, I am a new GM truck owner. Just got my truck about two weeks ago, used. Only had 45k miles on it, got a great deal and I love it. 

 

HOWEVER, the only issue i've had is the bluetooth. I make calls, and no one can hear me talking through the trucks system. I can hear them fine, but the bluetooth also disconnects itself and reconnects, and half the time it works when it reconnects. 

 

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Welcome to the site.

 

Try unpairing the phone from the truck, then reconnect the two, also make sure your phone has all of it's current updates.
