Yukon AT4 skid plate on Sierra AT4

OK, the 2021 Yukon has arrived, The AT4 version was tested, And i noticed the front skid plate is aluminum, in the same spot where Sierra and Siverados have the plastic splash shields, between front bumper and front crossmember.

So the new Yukon/Tahos are based on the current truck platform, aside from the rear independent suspension. I wonder if the aluminum skid plate would fit the trucks, in place of the plastic splash shield, that's a place i always though where aluminum would be needed.

 Any thoughts.

Don't know but I'd be interested to find out as well for my '20 AT4.

The Yukon AT4 skid plate the way it comes all the way up looks really cool . They really did a good job on their YUKON AT4 . 

Only thing missing is some more aggressive tires and i read it does not come with the G80 ? I could be wrong
