Hi I'm new here, tried to help a friend with his 2000 Serria 1500 we replaced the master cylinder and all the brake lines as they were leaking now I can't get the air out of the system, I've done this on my 2007 Serria 2500hd and bleed the system without any problems, trying to figure out what went wrong

What's going wrong?  You keep bleeding, but air is still present in the brake fluid coming out, or the pedal just seems soft?

How are you bleeding (what is the process you are using)?  And in what order are you bleeding the wheels?

Pedal goes to the floor no pressure even with the booster disconnected, bleeding from right rear to left rear to right front to left front, also tried to use a scan tool but wouldn't get connect to abs module, oh I'm using a self bleeding vacuum bleeding tool.

Darn, sometimes things don't work as planned, try to gravity bleed that front brake, crack bleeder, let it drip, tighten, check pedal,I'm thinking you are not getting a good seal on that bleeder with the vacuum tool

did you bench bleed the MC before hooking it up to the truck brake lines?

all the fittings look tight and no sign of a leak?

I'm not a fan of the vacuum bleeders, as they can suck air in via the bleeder screw threads (so it seems like you can't get the air out), but this doesn't seem to be your problem.
