Bright lights quit working, changed complete headlight assembly & dimmer switch. Still won’t work, any suggestions???

Maybe there is a short? I hope someone more knowledgeable can answer but I'm curious if the high beams have a self resetting fuse.

I saw where the pre 2014 models, which the fuses/relays are similar to to the K2xx models, that there is a permanent (soildered) to the PC board that is underneath the current underhood fuse panel & they said it wasn't serviceable and you were to replace that unit, pretty $$$$ IIRC. I would check your fueses myself to start with. You need to start elminating possible causes. I would be interesting to know the year & miles.

Low beams are wired direct from bcm. High beam control relay is in the underhood fuse box which are "non-serviceable Printed Circuit Board (PCB) relays and are internal to the block".
