Disable tow/haul

How to disable the tow haul mode because its stuck on and has been for a while now if you could please tell me what I need to do to disable it

would help to know what year it is, but if it is 99 to 2006 some were known to rub through the wires for tow haul mode. take the plastic cover off the steering column and look at the wires going to the switch
