AT4 2500 subwoofer replacement

Has anybody replaced the stock subwoofer in the box under the center console? Crutchield says a JL Audio C5-525cw-rp will fit but the info is kinda vague. I would like to add a little bass without messing with my rear underseat storage. Any help or info is appreciated

I didn't know there was a sub in there, is this in every At4 or order specific?

Just those with the 'premium' Bose system I believe. 

 

I'd like to keep the one that's there, and just add another one with a separate amp, etc.

I have the kicker under seat sub and it was a huge improvement in my 2020 3500 LT.

I also went further and replaced all 4 door speakers with these JL Audio speakers:

I couldn’t be happier. Very nice bass from the kicker sub and great sound from the other 6 speakers. I haven’t switched out stock speakers on a vehicle since the late 90s and was very impressed with this combo.

No, I replaced the console with a jump seat so the sub was just left out.
