Man that sucks....That was a great looking truck. Sorry to see it. :(

That rock pile looks like the one in the old Chevy commercials with the Truck climbing the rock pile with a Ford sitting on the bed. :D

Not a fan of the front clip huh? I really like it, but then again, I also am a fan of the Lanche. If it makes you feel any better, there will be a new front clip on the 2005 model. I don't know any exact details of what is different, but I do know that it'll be different.

Wingnut, I used to be a test technician in the GM truck test lab. My fiance' is a test engineer there and right now she is preparing to test the new front clip on a 2500HD diesel.

I've been trying to pry any more details from her about it, but she hasn't seen the entire truck assembled with the new clip yet.

I learned alot about these trucks while I worked there and actually tested many of the chassis components. I have an entirely different respect for these trucks after working there.

Hey thanks for the answer. :(

Are you talking about a new clip just for the HDs, or all of the trucks?

Just trying to plan my next purchase...Thanks :D

Wasn't it the other way around? I could be wrong, but I remember a couple years ago in a Truckin' Magazine Ford Special they had some pics of old ads, one showing a Ford climbing a pile of rocks with a C-10 in the bed.
