2020 silverado radio onscreen error

Does anyone know how to fix this? I put my 2020 Chevy Silverado 4x4 in to the dealer for a seat belt recall and a oil change and ask if there was a setting for the radio because my phone almost never connects they told me they would look at it. So the 3hrs later the service manager came to the waiting room and told me there was a problem that they flash my radio and they cant get the errors off and they had to order me a new radio so they gave me my truck back with no radio 2 weeks have gone by and the radio still havent come in.
