A few tail light problems

I have a 2012 half ton that the reverse light don’t work, but they come on when you shut the key off, but not when put in reverse, next the right tail light has a short, it keeps blowing the fuse, next the trailer left turn signal doesn’t work when hooked up to the trailer, but works on the truck. I’m going crazy trying to figure what’s goin on. I already replaced the rear circuit board. Please help.

I just got all the lights working again, it was the junction box creating the short. But still have an issue with the back up lights, There is no 12v getting to the fuse, if I put 12v to the fuse the back up lights come on. What's up with that???

Have you determined if and where your back up switch is located, and tested it? If you dont have a back up switch (manual trans) then you might want to check your neutral safety switch.

I checked for a backup light switch, and it doesn’t have one. So I checker the safety neutral switch, and that appears to be good.

so you have power at the neutral safety switch?

Yes, but no power getting to the fuse
