Motofab 1.5in leveling kit issues on 2020 trailboss.

I’m in the process of installing motofabs lower strut 1.5in leveling kit, I have everything together but with the hardware they included i can only get the nut threaded on about 3/4 of the way. Just checking to see if anyone has installed it and how it fits, I contacted the company but it’s a holiday weekend so I figured I could get a faster response on here.

I used the top spacer from motofab and put it on myself but I had an issue with one of the threaded inserts on the spacer i guess was loose and one of the 3 upper strut bolts wouldnt tighten down so I finally got it tightened with my impact wrench and a lock washer.
