My 2014 Sierra has been experiencing radio problems. Some of the symptoms are losing the clock display and then the presets. After that no sound.  I also have no display on the dash and none of the radio buttons on the steering wheel or radio work. Some other issues are the radio staying on after taking the keys out and the door open. Sometimes the screen is black for a few minutes when starting the vehicle. All these issues are intermittent and not all at the same time. Took it to the dealer and they got a code. B101E-47 and replaced the HMI. Problem still exists.

Welcome to the site.

Weak battery, bad ground point, and even maybe the stereo receiver may be failing. Clean power equals computers working as designed (which is what our trucks have become).
