2021 Sierra, black screen, no power to USB ports

Purchased a 2021 Sierra SLT diesel on 6/1 and started it on the morning of 6/3 with remote start and the following happened. The infotainment screen was black no noise from radio, USB ports did not charge phone and turn signal does not make clicking noise. Has anyone had this happen do them.

I had the USB ports and SD card reader stop working in the center console in my 21 AT4.  This was after 3 days of owning.  The connector had come undone behind the dash.  Probably wasn't secure from the factory.

 

You could check all your fuses and make sure that isn't the problem.  When I had my 2020 TB it died in the parking lot at my business and almost all of the fuses were loose.  after pressing them all tight into their sockets the truck was fine.  dealer couldn't find any thing wrong.  they also checked the ubec bolts but they were good too.  ran fine for 6 months after that....

thanks for the info. I will check and make sure they are all pushed in. I have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow.

I'm dealing with a similar issue right now (2017 LT Z/71. Changed out a dead battery and later that day screen went black and no blinker sound. I checked later that evening and all was magically working again but the next morning black screen with no audio the hour drive to work. I pulled the radio fuse #18 (passenger side) put back in and all good again, however the next day again black screen. Today I pulled the neg on battery, turned headlight switch on (to drain capacitors) and left unhooked for about 20 minutes. Hooked the battery back up turned key on let computer reset then started and let run for 5 minutes (it gave me the roll drivers window down and back up message on the DIC which resets something. Anyway everything works for now... We'll see if it lasts.
