??? Power Seat Moving On It's Own ???

My 2018 Sierra Denali seems to be haunted!   LOL   A few weeks ago my drivers side power seat started moving a little bit on its own randomly.  I would say every 5 - 10 minutes it moves, could be just seat back or maybe the bottom it seems very random as to what part of the seat moves on its own.  Any ideas for me?

Mine does the same thing, I figure maybe the switch is glitchy, pretty annoying sometimes, 2013 silverado 1500
