I have a 2013 chevy silverado 2500 4wd with the 6.0 in it.

Recently I started smelling brakes and realized I my right rear brake was rubbing.

Ive swapped out:

Caliper and mounting bracket

Pads

Both rubber brake lines

Still rubbing so I thought maybe it was my ebrake so I backed it off as far as I could and still getting hot. Pulled everything apart to inspect it and it looks to me that only the outer pad is rubbing. Im at a loss and don't know where to go next. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try using the truck for a bit, then jack the rear up, and see if you can freely turn the tire, with the truck in neutral, also do it cold.  If the tire spins freely then you might want to try bleeding the brake system.

Will turn freely in neutral after driving but you can tell its hanging up and not spinning as free as the rest. Havent done it cold yet but will try that. Also forgot to mention that on the outer pad thats rubbing it only looks like half the pad is rubbing.
