Drivers window will not open

A recuring problem i have been having with my 2018 Silverado 1500 LT crew cab is in the driver information screen in the gauge cluster is a message

"open and close drivers window" See attached and whenever that message appeared the one touch down / up feature on the drivers window would not work until i pushed and held the window button all the way open and then all the way closed again.

 

And intermittently  sometimes the window would not open at all unless i pushed the open button many times. Another error that i have been recieving on the screen is "Service Safety Restraint System"

 

I have taken my truck to the dealer about these issues while the truck was still under its basic and extended warrenty and was told that they could not find what was wrong or why the message came up.

 

Now my warranties are expired and my window will no longer open. I am able to control all the other windows from the drivers station.

 

Any ideas out there
