2000 Blazer stalling?

Ok my mom mentioned to me that in the past week her blazer has stalled twice. It started right back up when she tried. Both times she was in reverse. It has just over 33K on it. 4wd 4 door.

 

My initial thought is fuel filter. Any other ideas?

Are you my brother? Same problem, my mom recently bought a 2000 blazer 4dr with closer to 70k on it and it has died once or twice in the last month. I think it may have happened in reverse for her also, almost sounded electrical to me the way she described it. Sorry thats about all the info I have right now.
