2014 GMC Sierra 1500 - stabilitrak & theft deterrent issues

I have stabilitrak and abs light and warning coming on consistently and my theft deterrent warning occasionally.

 

When my theft deterrent warning comes on, it usually takes a few turns of the key before it allows the truck to crank , it feels almost like I have a dead battery but battery and alternator are good. Happens maybe twice a week.

 

I believe it started during a heavy rain storm we had , I had to drive through a decent sized puddle (roughly 2 feet of water) to get home. 
 

now I’m having issues with these lights and sometimes my steering stiffs up or is a little jerky while turning at low speeds.

 

not sure if it may be a corroded ground or just a stabilitrak sensor ?
