I ran a set on my '06 1500 Silverado from about 2010 until I sold it. They were good in light snow and quiet on the highway. Terrible in moderate to heavy rain. They don't have the front to back deep grove to channel the water away, so hydroplaning is a common occurrence. Also, I tow an RV and the soft rubber did tend to wear faster because of that. I wouldn't buy again just for the hydroplaning issue.

Yours is not the first post about this hydroplaning complaint.  I reckon it is because of the weight distribution, not enough weight out back.  I've never experienced this with the Yukon XL save for a little uneasiness when the tires were wore down to just above the wear bars.
