Gibson Cat Back 6.2L

Anyone go with the Gibson exhaust? I'm seriously considering this option and its cheap. I'd love to hear from someone who actually installed one themselves.

Nice! Did you powder coat your exhaust tips too?

I did not . It came from Tuscany Motors exactly how you see it there .

It’s cheaper because it’s 409 stainless and all the other catbacks are 304. If you live in the salt I would reconsider. Even if you don’t live in the salt, be aware that the Gibson is gonna look pretty crusty right away.

Thanks for the heads up I couldn't find any info on the grade of stainless.

I had it on my 2018 Sierra SLT 6.2L and really like it. I went with the sport exhaust with dual side exit on passenger side rear. After a year and half of owning it the exhaust did get a little discolored but nothing too serious and I live in Iowa where weather get crappy starting in mid October to mid March.   It’s a great sounding exhaust for the price.
