Relatively new here.  I'm expecting my new (and first) truck to come in the coming weeks (fingers crossed) - 1500 High Country which has ARC.

What's been your experience installing a level or lift kit on a truck with ARC?  I want to make sure I keep the right quality.  Ideally looking for a 3 or 3.5" kit but I think I might have to go with 2".

Thanks!

If you go with just a 2 inch level skip the kit and upgrade your front shocks instead; Bilstein 6112.

The stock shocks are terrible. You can upgrade your shocks and get the level. The bouncy feeling will be gone.

Interesting, thanks for that.  I test drove a Sierra Denali and actually thought it rode great.  But that's probably because I'm coming from a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and the test drive was only on pretty good roads.  That does seem like a good solid option.

Switching the shocks is a non ARC thing.  Under RNAGenetics' "drives" under his user name he has an RST which doesn't have ARC.

That said, make sure you find parts that are for the ARC so level that comes with the sensor relocates or sensor extensions.  If you go over 2 inches on a level or lift, GET NEW UPPER CONTROL ARMS.  Stock arms are no good beyond 2 inches, you will have ball joint failure within 10-20K miles of install.  Make sure those are ARC compatible as well.

super helpful.  I found a good local shop - they brought it up before I did but I least I didn't feel like was getting upsold something unnecessary!
