I have stock 20x9 rims on my 2020 1500 Silverado with a factory leveling kit. I currently have 275/60r20 tires on it.

I’m looking to put Kenda Klevers 35x12.50r20 on my rims.

Will these tires fit on my 20x9 rims? And will I need to do any modifications to the wheel wells/adding spacers/getting a lift kit/etc to make sure there are no issues with the potential fitment of the new bigger tires?

Obviously the only way to really know is to put them on to see if they’ll fit but I at least want to know if the tires will fit on the rims before I buy them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many online tire retailer websites will tell you what width wheels specific tires will fit on.  You may want to start there.  As for whether or not you'll need to add spacers, etc to make your tire fit worth your truck, only way to know is to do it and go from there.  Some people have had success with 35×12.5s without modification.  Iirc, that seems to be the norm for a specific Nitto tire.  Others have had to trim, remove, zip tie something, or add spacers.
