2015 silverado Led blinkers with dual bulbs

Anyone have any experience installing the resistors on the dual bulbs for the front blinkers on the 2015 silverado? There are 2 black and 2 blue wires for the bulbs. When tested, both blue wires flashed like the blinker.

You need tow resistors, on per light. they connect across the black and the blue wires

How do you know if the resistors are installed on the matching wires for each bulb? I tried different variations of installing the resistors but the bulbs still hyperflashed.
