Cold start sounding different?

For some reason, recently my cold starts have been sounding different?

 

Meaning, quick loud start and immediately softens. Not like before. Loud growl and my nabiours wake up. 

 

Anyone noticing this? I live in Canada so its getting pretty cold. But this hasn't happened before. Doing this for 2 weeks now.

Probably you have broke your muffler in a bit more since you had last cold started

Its seasonal/temperature (altitude density) related; engine/fueling varies pending conditions. Loud in early fall to winter + spring; quiet in the dead of winter & summer.
