limp mode issues

hi I have a 06 gmc 2500hd with 6.0 it started having issues with high idle when 1st started then after warm up it idles fine now it has went into limp mode I put scanner on it shows lost communication with foot pedal and throttle it also will not shut off when key is in off position

I have cleaned and repaired all grounds I could locate have tried ignition switch ran the wire loom best I could no issues found in it my question is could a tac module cause this

What codes do you have? Bad throttle body or connector / wiring to it will cause limp.
