I have a 2006 Silverado 6.0L. I recently installed a Mpc remote start kit on it. On of the plugs came lose while driving and threw a abs light and brake light. About 20 miles later the check engine light came on. I checked the codes and I got c0035, c0040, u1041 and p0332. I reset the codes and the abs light and brake light turned off. The c0035 and c0040 are still there after I reset it. After I checked that I took it for a drive and po332 came back with a check engine light. I left the battery unhooked over night and still there. Running out of ideas.

You need to go over EVERY part of that installation. You probably need to use better connectors from the sound of it.

Some of these codes could be unrelated, but you need to rule that out first.

Ya, I agree with ^^^ that guy. I would say that you goof'd on the wiring. Maybe uninstall the remote start, clear the codes, drive it, scant he computer, fix any issues and then start over on the remote start install.
