Stock Rear Blocks?

Hope someone can help me out.  I bought a used 2018 GMC Sierra HD 2500 and I'm trying to determine if it has aftermarket rear blocks installed.

 

Rear blocks measures 1.0" thick.   Is that stock or an aftermarket add-on?

Not stock, I have the same truck and it doesn't have them.

Thank you for the feedback.   That would certainly explain extra addition rake.

Mjm is correct. Not stock. Our generation of 2500HD and 3500HD do not have a rear block from the factory. Only the 1500's have a factory rear block.
