The tires on my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT are Bridgestone Alenza A/S, 275/50R22. I'm wondering what other sizes I can use on the 22" rims. Thank you.

If you want your speedo to stay the same without having to buy something like the Pulsar LT to correct tire size, you need the stock size or a 33" diameter tire.

285/50R22 is 33.2" and would be within 1/2mph of stock, but options are more limited than stock.

33x12.5R22 is an option as well.

Speedo will read about 1.5mph faster than actual vehicle speed with 285/45R22 at 60mph as its almost an inch smaller than stock diameter.

The most AT options are the 285/45/22.  Our dealer has had several T1 trucks on the lot in the past with that size.  What I can't understand is, the T1 22" size is a 275/5/22 and the X31 and HC 4X4 comes with 275/50/22 highway tires and not AT tires so why isn't an AT tire made in that size for the 4X4's.
