19 Full console oem wireless charging not working

So I swapped my flip up middle seat for a full console, brand new. Everything works except the wireless charging. Is there something that has to be activated or a fuse installed? From what I see it’s the correct module. I have a iPhone 12. Module I have is part number 13533077. Any help would be great. Thanks

If your phone has the rubber boot on it from a otter box it won’t charge. That’s what I found with my iPhone 7 anyway.

Most 2015-2018 GM vehicle factory vehicle wireless chargers do not work with iPhone 8 or newer devices or comparable Android devices.  There is an aftermarket plug-n-play solution that will work with iPhones up to the newest version if you're interested.
