P00CA troubles

2018 Z71 113k miles.  
 

Runs flawless as long as it doesn’t rain or I go through a car wash. 
 

If I ride through a car wash, P00CA 

 

If it rains, I can sometimes back out of my driveway and the code appears or I can drive it a couple miles, hit a puddle or heavy rain and it’s immediate.   
 

I know about everything under the intake, just don’t see how that could be my issue because there’s no way moisture would make its way in there as quickly as it happens in the rain.  
 

i did pack one plug under the truck with dialectic grease on the Fuel lines hoping that was my issue, but it didn’t work…

 

 

any ideas?

FINALLY! Someone with the same problem as me. Mine is a 2017 Z71. Runs perfectly...until it rains. "Engine Power reduced" message comes on the dash. Check engine and traction control lights come on.
