@J Lake Concentrate on the grounds. The majority of electrical problems are a result of bad grounds on these. The negative battery cable is a good place to start. Check the resistance on that one. Make sure to wiggle the cable while you do it. Also along frame rail just behind front passenger tire, you will find another one. Remove that, scrape the mounting point clean as well as the connector on the cable and reattach. Another is IIRC, on the firewall towards the driver's side engine ground strap that gets corroded. That may need to be replaced. Hopefully you can track down the problem. Although these have already been mentioned, it's still worth checking.

Hello wveryone, my truck started doing the same.  Shuts off/on occasionally when I turn.  Completely loss of power but gurgles back on.  I travel often and this can strand me or worse cause an accident. Has anyone found that smoking gun or are we all still screwed with this problem?  I also have already replaced my transmission and several other drive train parts.  I am a Chevy man but these issues are beginning to wave my faith in them and considering other brands.

My daughters 2015 started having the same issue - shutting off while turning at low rpm’s. I cleaned all grounds as the Service bulletin suggests, but also cleaned the 2 main grounds on the engine, drivers side, one just above the vacuum pump. Coincidentally she had just had the vacuum pump replaced before it started shutting off. I suspect the ground was taken off and not clean when it was put back on. Anyway, problem solved, not sure which of the many grounds was the problem.
