Reduced power mode, please help!

So I have a 2010 5.3 silverado z71 with 114k miles and was on my way in to work yesterday morning when I stopped for a bottle of water. After walking out of the store and restarting the truck had the message Engine Power is Reduced. 

This has happened to me before and I changed out the TPS and well as the accelerator position sensor  which was about 8 months or so ago. The truck had no problems since then and is still sounding completely fine now. She starts beautifully everytime just won't let me take her anywhere.

 

If anybody has any advice or could steer me into the right direction that would be incredible! Thank you

I haven't been able to pull them. The truck will only roll 3mph and it won't come out of the mode.

"Won't roll of 3mph".  I had this happen once.  The engine would crank up but when I put it in gear it would only get about 10mph and then just choke down.  It was a fully stopped up catalytic converter.  "If" thats it its not a cheap fix.

the truck doesn't need to move to pull codes. if you don't have a scan tool go to 1 of the autopart chains and get a loaner. without it you can throw parts at it all day and not fix it
