cabin filters

Does anyone know where the cabin filters are located on the 2003 models. Mine is a 2003 Silverado 2 wheel drive 1500 ext.cab 4.8l. I've looked under the kick panel under the glove dept. not there.

new to this forum any help would be great. just thought I would give you guys a chance before I ask the dealer.

No, the 2003 does not have a cabin filter.

If the cabin filter kept dust and pollutents from entering the interior then what are the new trucks using? Something electronic?

Dang. The cabin filter was one of the main reasons I got my 01 hoe. I wonder if the Escalade and Denali's still have them, seems they would. If so I guess I'll have move on up when it comes time to replace the hoe.

I thought my 2003 Sierra manual listed a cabin filter in the manual. I'll go look in there and see what it says
