I read some great news today for Houston and Conroe Texas. Leaving the why and politics for you to fill in the blanks. Due to the the struggles out west the Houston ship channel is gearing up for a big increase in product delivery. Eliminating supply chain issues that effect everything including automotive parts and products.  Along with that Conroe Texas 40 miles north of Houston. Just broke ground for a very large industrial complex. Just 8 miles from me. Adding to the already fastest growing area in the US. Red (States) are the new green.
