We have a 2022 Sierra 2500HD with the 6.6 gas engine. We are trying to find the oil pressure sensor. We've looked all over the engine and haven't located it yet and can't find any manuals online telling us where its at. Does anybody here have experience locating it?

Has anyone answered this I have same question

The oil pressure and temperature sensor is located in the oil cooler lines at the block.  If you look underneath on the driver's side of the truck, back of the engine, you will see it screwed into the top of the block portion of the oil cooler lines.

Are you getting a code for oil pressure?

If its a P06DD or P06DE code, your problem isn't that sensor most likely.  Its the variable displacement oil solenoid that is a part of the oil pump.

I would assume it's like the 6.2...  not an easy thing to find/replace:

WRONG engine generation and wrong instructions for the 6.6 gas.  That is the LS engine gen 4.  The 6.6 is Gen 5 LT block.
