2017 Chevy 3500 4x4

Hi, I have a 2017 Chevy 3500 HD 4x4. The right rear spindle nut retainer came off and wheel seal started to leak. Put a new nut, retainer and key on both sides. Didn't go 20 miles and the left nut retainer came off and the nut broke. Bearing and spindle are ruined. Has anyone else had this problem. TIA

Did you have the customer satisfaction program number 17456 done? It is for this exact problem? Retainers were not made correctly and allowed the retaining nuts to back off. Unfortunately this expired 2/29/20. Are you the original owner? You should have gotten a notice to have it repaired from GM. We were doing them a few years ago at my dealer.
