How to unplug abs sensor from the clip on the frame

Sorry is this ends up being a stupid question. First time working on a truck. I am doing a wheel bearing on a 2019 sierra limited 5.3 4x4. Got everything unplugged and removed but I literally cant get the abs/ wheels speed cable to detach from the plug. Tried looking up videos but none seem to have a red tab that shows how to unplug them. Ive tried everything without adding force to accidentally brake it,

If you're talking about the red tab on the plug. You slide the red tab back, then you can press down on the tab under it to unlock it from where it's plugged into and pull out.
