radio and screen issues

On my 2014 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 with the 6.2L I just started having issues with the radio and screen, it keeps resetting itself where the radio or media from my phone stops and all my presets and the clock go away for a few seconds, then it starts again and the presets are back. every once in a while the whole screen turns off and when it reboots the time is reset to 12:00. Also my light for the heated steering wheel button doesn't go on when I press it, even though the heated steering wheel is working, and my radio controls on my steering wheel stopped working when this first started. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on and what might fix this?

My first thought was a ground issue somewhere. Numerous posts on this site, do a search.

Yeah, sounds like ground issues. Many YouTube videos out there on how to repair. Since 2014 both Chevrolet and GMC have been a nightmare for electronic issues. The good old days of decent reliable trucks are gone.
