What is this hanging under my truck? Vapor Canister Vent Valve?

2018 Silverado LT.  I dont know what this is or where it is supposed to attach to.  It is hanging under the gas fill pipe.  It looks like it should snap into the other half of whatever it is.  Any pics of where it goes would be great.  Thank you

It is a vapor canister vent for the gas tank. I would Google it to see if you can find exactly where the mounting point is.
