I had to take I truck to the GM dealership my OnStar was failing to connect they had it for about five days they said they had to order a brand-new OnStar module and it's going to take a month and 1/2 to 2 months to get. On December 20, 2020 I totaled my brand-new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado I'm a diabetic and I blacked out because of a diabetic low they airbags didn't deploy and I was way down a hill I live in Northern California OnStar signaled I was in an accident and a Caltrans snowplow driver came and found me my budget was 27 I would've died if no one had found me those no evidence of an accident site no one could see my vehicle from the road so it's important I have my OnStar working. After the accident the care of my diabetes was taken over by an intro endocrinologist in now I have a Dexcom meter that alerts me of highs and lows. I wonder if anyone else has had experience with her OnStar not connecting?
